I had a pretty hard time naming this outfit post because it was just an outfit of the day so I just played with the name of the color of my thrifted sweater. "Blue" for obvious reasons and "Clues" for the fact that i was clueless about a good name. My skirt is sheer and also another diy that took me forever to finish.I hope you guys like this post and i hope to update my blog more often in the new year. ~ Merry Christmas and have a Happy New Year~

In my personal i love to put things together that are a bit unexpected hence the name of the post. I also love the idea of putting together minimal jewelry, plaid, and a simple black bootie all together in a outfit. Gold accents add a little dazzle to the outfit but don't overshadow the dress. This a great date night outfit that can easily transition into the day with flats and black opaque leggings.

These items are just a few things that have inspired me lately for the fall/winter season. Even though it does not get cold enough to wear traditional winter clothing, I personally feel the items on the list are tolerable down here in Florida . They are all interchangeable and relatively basic pieces that can be swapped in with anything a person has in their current wardrobe.

Mellow Yellow

Hey guys this is my long over due blog post on my DIY yellow maxi skirt. I wore this outfit to my swearing in ceremony for citizenship naturalization. It was a joyous day that words can't explain. Thank you for visiting my blog and come again.
